Okay so I have a crush on this boy...because of his personality. Well he is almost 16 (like in 3 months)so.......he is kinda short and isn't like buff or anything. Do guys get bigger/taller and become more manly?

No. 16 is actually the cap for growing for boys. Just look around. Every guy who's over 16 basically looks the same age.
There might be a few cases where that's not the case. We do all have different bodies, you know. So the odd time someone keeps growing until they're 17,18, sometimes even 19. On the other hand there are sometimes boys who finish growing at 15, 14, or even 13! That's thirteen!
It's interesting how it's not like that with girls though.
I guess boys are more affected by the harmful effects of the sun for whatever reasons. Go figure.

Yes guys stop growing in height at 21. he can always get more buff and bigger no matter what the age.

depends on the genes in his family. He's pretty old to start puberty now, but stranger things have happened. Most guys at 16 are in the middle of puberty, so if he's still small, then, if you really like it, it won't matter if he doesn't grow any more...take him the to gym with you if you want him to get buff...

ya some guys don't grow till college like example someone said that they saw the guy before hs and they were like 3 inches shorter then when he came for a visit about 9 months later he had grown like another foot

Some guys still grow until they are 20 so I wouldn't worry about his size right now.
