Growing up is tough. Music was always a great escape for me, it took me into another world. That's what you need to do, create a world for yourself. It can be reading, watching movies, a walk in the park. I would try some journaling (dear diary ...) and get all your frustrations out on paper. Drawing and especially painting, is good too for releasing a lot of anger and grief. In a few more years when you're 18, you'll be on your own, because by then you can vote, sign a contract, and move out! But prepare carefully for that day. Get your GED, and get a job where you can advance and learn more skills, and earn more money. You can be planning for your future when the going gets tough. I'm in a really difficult situation myself right now. I live in a really crappy neighborhood, because it's all I can afford. But I'm working hard at college and preparing for a really good job. I keep my goal in front of me to get through the hard days, and believe me there have been many of them, and there will be many more. But I keep faith in the future I'm creating for myself, and you should too. Good luck.

Your living under you parents roof at the moment and you have to do as they wish. They are just looking out for the best interest in you. They must have had a good reason to take your phone away. Im guessing it has something to do with that guy. You dont need a guy to help you feel better. They only tell you what you want to hear to get in your pants.
Chocolate has allways helped me through rough times.
Also; act like an adult and perhaps your parents will treat you like one.
