when someone ask a question and you dont understand them move on and dont answer it dont be rude to them maybe your just to stupid to know what they are talking about

You're totally right!! Some people are just plain mean in their answers or as you said too stupid to know what one is talking about!! They answer without really reading the details of the question etc! Sometimes some questions are stupid though but they're pretty obvious.
