Why can't I read my attachments?

When I click download file, nothing comes up. Am I doing something wrong? HELP!!!!

QueenD, more info please. Now we have to guess at a lot of things.

Could it already be downloaded but into a temp file?

Is it a file your computer doesn't recognize?

Did you try "right clicking" on it to see options?

Maybe try going into tools: options: security and remove the check from " Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus." if you're in Outlook Express? If not, more details would help, like if it gives you an error or exactly how you're trying to get at the attachment..
