Do you think gas prices are down because the Oil companys want the Republicans to retain power in Congress during this year's elections? Or because the price of Crude oil is going down?

The reason gas prices came down was that lower income people HAD to stop buying gas, middle income people had to slack off and many people stopped buying the volume they bought before the sudden increase.
The oil company gas tanks were overflowing, the crude oil tanks were overflowing......the money going into the companies and CEOs pockets was slowing down so down come the price in order to sell more gas.
The oil companies had actually almost priced themselves out of the market. The oil companies have the ability to destroy the US of A. Pops

Gee, I think u know the answer to this one!!! It happens all the time.
The price of gas for what 6 to 9 months was so high, the profits so much above normal---the cheap gas for 6 weeks???? It has been payed for in the past months!!!
Yes, the republicans are behind it! 2 oil men in office???? u tell me.

Thats insane. Oil prices are going down because we are learning that the oil shortage is not as drastic as originally thought and the hurricane season was not nearly as devastating as it was last year. Relations with Iran is also a big factor.

Ask OPEC and the Hilter and John Kerry's boyfriend, HUGO CHAVEZ. Probably a combination of the end of summer, end of the fighting in Lebonon, and the Chinese drilling in the gulf off Florida/Cuba.
