My car runs through fuses as soon as you turn on the lights, the inside lights don't work, and the tail lights don' work. I am using a 15 amp fuse and sometimes a 30 amp fuse.after last change there was a spark.

ya there is defantally a short to ground in the marker light system. do not put in larger fuse do not use anything to put in-between or will smoke and burn the wires. check wires conector right behind the switch first then go from there. look for criped wires. could be anything. but is a short

There is not enough info in the question. If none of the lights work, I suggest getting the battery tested. U should never replace a fuse with a greater fuse!
