My experience has been terrible with the Hess employees. I find them to be rude, uncaring, they lack training and interpersonal skills. I decided not to buy my gas from them. What do you think?

Rudeness has been on the increase. I rarely go to Hess now as they are no longer on my way. When they changed to pre-pay only, they were extremely rude and got very upset when I mentioned the lack of signage. My way of countering at the time: Give them a $50.00 bill to pre-pay for my gas. 1/2 tank in my motorcycle, about 2 1/2 gal. (or $6.50). Then just smile while they make change.

From what I saw, Hess gas stations have the cheapest gas around, At least in the NYC area. Personally i don't care about the employees considering I save a few cents from their gas station. Just use a credit/debit card when purchasing gas, this way, you never even get to see those rude employees ;)

I've never bought gas from them. Write a letter of complaint to the company.

I have never heard of Hess Oil, however, as with any company, if you are upset with them, you should send your complaint in writting to management.

Don't forget to write a letter of complaint. It's no good boycotting something unless the company knows what to fix.
