Baked, Broiled, Grilled foods are the best. Never FRIED! Stay away from concentrated sugars (candy, cookies, soda pop), Less breads and more meat. Veggies and fruit and dairy. Don't forget them. Drink plenty of water...

I find that seafood and chicken are good on diets. AND don't think of it as a diet. Think of it as healthy eating. Psych yourself out and try to use a variety of food so your don't burn yourself out.

Protein,fruits vegetables. If you eat carbs make sure its whole wheat.

A good breakfast from lindora is scrambled eggs and a side of watermelon. Watermelon is great because it is mostly water and the fiber fills you up.

best food for diet are: broccoli,kael,apples,celery,carrots, breast of chicken for protien, wheat germ sprinkled on natural yogart. These foods tend to be quite filling which means you are less likely to reach for a bar of chocolate.
