What you are looking for is a 12 volt power supply. Check out TRCelectronics on the web at www.trcelectronics.com. They have a wide range on 12 volt power supplies starting at $160 for a 350 watt, 29.2 amps to a $1000+ for a 1500 watt, 125 amps. Just click on the 12 volt power supplies and look at the high power units. Just make sure you get one that can handle the amperage that you are trying to pull. T.G.P.

Any battery charger will do this. depending on what type of items you want to power. It will not run the cars engine without a battery being in the car. Without a battery in the car you can destroy the altenator. you could power the windows seats radio etc. you will need a 50 amp or larger charger. 50$ at sears.
