If there's a band playing they march in formation, otherwise they just huddle in small groups and shiver if it's cold outside.

Atoms are composed of protons neutrons and electrons. Protons and neutrons are held together in the nucleus and the electrons form a cloud around it. Its called an electron cloud because the electrons are always in motion and so the probability of where the electrons are most likely to be forms a shape.

If you're referring to an atom, in its simplest definition, it is a nucleus containing protons (positively charged) and neutrons (neutral charge) and a "cloud" of electrons surrounding it (negative charge).

Atoms come together to form molecules (two or more atoms), which bond together based on the physical properties of the individual atoms. For example, a sodium atom (positive charge) bonds to a chlorine atom (negative charge) to become a molecule of table salt (NaCl)

Your question is really unclear. There are dozens of subatomic particles which exist under varying conditions. Particles can be categorized by mass/charge/spin/parity, by lepton/hadron/meson/boson/baryon/fermion classifications, by component quarks (up, down, strange, charm, top, bottom)

Electrons orbit a nucleus which contains most of the mass.
