I was driving on loop 610 in Houston Texas recently, I came up behind a car being driven erratically, I moved to the side of it to see what was wrong, At that time she swerved, almost hitting me, but I was on guard and sort of expected it. This Lady was talking on her cell phone, and TENDING her baby in the backseat while driving, Doesn't that beat all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Because they're retarts and if you keep winding up behind them...apparently, you drive too slow. Try getting in front of them. Don't be another problem on the highway.

Good question. Slowly but surely laws are being passed to make driving and talking on the phone illegal.
For good reasons too.
