About a year ago I went out w/ a friend. He ended up drugging/attacking me while I was unconcious. Two months later I found out I was pregnant. I don't believe in abortion and kept the baby. My friend is in the military and shipped off after the incident. I didn't tell him i was pregnant. He has other children who he doesn't even bother with. I don't want my son open to that kind of hurt. I also don't want to relive this horrible ordeal in court. I am now engaged to be married. My fiance has been w/ me since I was pregnant every step of the way. He hasn't signed the births certificate yet. If he does, can the rapist still come back into my life and try to get a paternity test?

The problem is that you didn't report the crime to the police. Which, if he does try to sue for paternity, will bring in a court battle where you will end up having to relive your trauma.
Another way of looking at it is that you will be able to have closure with the ordeal that you went through. As uncomfortable as it might be (I've been there) it is very important for you to confront your attacker. I suggest you see a lawyer and go to the police. The quicker that you begin documenting things the easier it will be in the long run.

sweety i really feel sorry for you since i've been raped myself. the hardest part of all is dealing with yourself and your emotions. But if you have such wonderful man on your side that's been there since day one it's a step forward. If you end up in court and you say he raped you i don't believe they would may you get a paternity test, and believe me i don't think he'll even ask for one(he knows he might go to jail). So just be happy sweety!!!, and good luck to you and your son.

Good for you for keeping your baby. I think that you and your soon to be husband won't let your rapist take your baby. Plus if it ends up in court they won't let him either. The most he could possibly do is get visitation rights but if you report him for rape he won't and you will be protecting other girls from what you had went threw. Good luck to you and your family.

If the ceiling is severe sufficient and there is no longer something for them to stand on or wreck the glass with (somewhat if it become bulletproof glass). Assuming that is an exterior cellar, of direction. If that is like a basement you would be setting up skylights on your floor.

holy crap... you have been through it girl!! i would think that if your fiancee signed the bc and you just denied to the stalker/rapist guy that the baby was his, he would leave it alone, then you wouldnt have to worry about him again... but, to just let him get away with doing this to you... i would want to put him away. and the military doesnt take these things lightly...(Marine wife :) most likely they would punish him and then the local gov would also. hate to think there might be a rapist serving with my hubby.

If you didn't tell him you were pregnant, then what is there to worry about? And why the hell didn't you file a police report and have his *** thrown in jail? Especially with him being in the military.

If he has ignored the other children that he fathered I think you don't have to worry about him coming around and being a pest.

yep he can.. if he believes the child to be his.

he does open himself up to child support and what ever else there is.

You need to talk to someone - a coucelor and then get this guy locked up!
If he is in the military then you REALLY need to do this - who wants someone unstable and sooo stupid protecting us?

so please.. get some counceling and then get this guy arrested!

Call a lawer and ask him on the phone, but don't go in, he'll charge you for that.
