What is a good idea for an anniversary trip and/or gift for my husband?

It is our 3rd wedding anniversary. He's a huge sports fan, so maybe something with that. I'm open to any idea.

My husband is a big Notre Dame fan and he has been hinting to me to get him tickets. Another idea is if he likes to travel, my husband has always wanted to go to Las Vegas. So take him somewhere he has always wanted to go and never gone before. That way you both can have that first special moment together.
