You can't! Tell her the benefits of it and make sure you make her feel good enough about herself to want to try. Do not belittle her. In the meantime remember, there are benefits in the bedroom to all body types so enjoy her the way she is now because, if she ever does lose it all, you might miss it.

Be supportive by encouraging her. She needs to hear that she is looking good. I know most women out there would tell you that when we are reminded of how bad we are doing, we do worse. If we are told we are doing great, we try harder. If your girlfriend had some serious health issues, then I would say your should talk to her but if she is just struggling a little, be supportive. Encourage her to join a gym (without sounding judgemental). I know I love to eat and to offset that, I work out. You sound like a great boyfriend. I am sure things will be ok.
Good luck.

Just be there to support her,,,and let her know that you are there for her. It is not easy to stick to a diet, especially after being on it for a while. A better idea would be to change her eating habits and start eating healthier. That way it becomes a new way of life and not a diet. I have been doing that myself and it seems to be working.. Good luck

The best thing to do is encourage her. That is the only effective way, unless you decide to diet and exercise along with her. I have been struggling with trying to loose weight for quite sometime and my husband of fourteen years loves me just the way I am. He encourages any dieting and or exercising I decide to to. She has to decide to do it for herself and nobody else!! If she does it for anyone execept for herself, she will have a hard time sticking to anything!

You need to talk to her and tell her that she needs to stick to her diet for and her weight and also for her health! That's not healthy at all! Help her and do fun things with her that involve excerise and eating right. Go to the doctor maybe they could help!

if you have been with her for 2 yrs. then there is something you like about her. and the weight must not be an issue if you stuck it out this long. love sees no size, shape, color, or age. if you say something to her. she might take it the wrong way. be gentle if you think you need to say anything at all.

The only way she is going to stick to it is if SHE is ready to lose the weight. Don't be mean to her or put her down. Be supportive of her.
