My husband is more than 9 years younger than me. We have been together for about 5 years, married for 1. Sometimes the age difference is obvious; music, TV shows - things like that. But, No your age difference should not matter for the majority of daily life. My mom struggles with the difference, we do not.

My husband is 3 years old than I am. A person manner is what label a person. You could be 9 years younger or 15 years and have a higher level of understanding/comprehension leve than other people your age. He is attracted to your inner and outer beauty, not a number. Does it bother you that he is older or that basically women out live men?

When you are 81 and he is 90 no one will have a clue that you are 9 years younger than him. He may not even have a clue who you are at that point.

well you will always be younger... but age doesnt mean anything... there are guys younger then me who could be at a different maturity level. It all depends on the person, their personality, intelligence, and maturity level.

Whether or not he will always see you as "young" does not depend so much on physical age as on your relationship.

Well, you are, so...yes. As long as he isn't treating you like you are a child, or like you are beneath him becasue you are younger, it shouldn't be an issue.
