quiet community....hot teenage guys....not alot of gangs or trouble black people and mexican cholos....nearby schools so mostly everyone you know lives within walking distance

Well that depends alot on what your preferences are . Do you want City life or maybe a small hamlet just minutes from the city. For a city with good jobs, nice folks, decent schools,cultural experiences, I suggest Syracuse New York. If your thinking close to a city within 10 minutes and centrally located I suggest Mattydale NY. For that small town feeling real country I like Lowville NY its country ! Do a search on Syracuse NY and Mattydale NY and Lowville NY see what you think.
