I`m thinking you mean, why can`t men give a compliment to a woman. Well, you can, as long as it`s not over sexed.Just be respectful in the way you do it.I compliment them all the time.There is nothing better to look at than a beautiful woman.Besides a compliment can be up lifting at the right time, so why not it`s a good thing to do.

I compliment my wife all the time. I tell her everyday she's beautiful, sexy, hot, gorgeous, or drop dead gorgeous at least a hundred times.
It's important to every person on this earth to feel loved and appreciated. And my wife is the most important person in the world to me, so I make sure that she knows that I love her and adore her. Why some men can't do this is beyond my understanding. But not all men are like that. There are good guys out there but I can honestly say they are hard to find some times. But in return it is hard to find good women too. My wife is great and a definite keeper.

We can, and some of us who've been brought up right, still do. You have a very beautiful avatar. See ....Nothing to it. I think it's just that alot of men don't understand women, and they have no idea that a woman actually NEEDS to be complimented every now and again. I can complimented every day. Though some men do need a course in what is complementary to a women.

Maybe because they were never tough to do that. Also remember a some man only uses a small percent of their brain. And maybe compliments is on the other side.

Lots of guys give compliments and love to do so. They know saying sweet things will get them "in there"/ on your good side. Maybe you're just dealing with the wrong guys.

Because their brains are just wired differently. They don't understand a lot of things about women........but we just need to gently educate them. We need to explain to them what the correct answer is if we ask "does this outfit make me look fat?" If it does make me look fat and unattractive, they should say the following instead of saying yes........"you are so beautiful honey, that the outfit just doesn't do you justice and dims in comparison to your radiance."
Then, we need to educate them on the rewards of making such compliments. Men understand rewards........especially if they are rewards they really want.
Men are a slow bunch, but they do catch on.........eventually.

Whenever i compliment a woman, nice comliments i might add, they get offended because they think i am not being sincere. So why bother

I compliment my wife.
But some women think if a man compliments he's just after sex. Which is not always true.
