Nevermind the definition of sodomize. What he's doing is sexual harrassment. You should tell him to leave you alone or you will report him to the manager.

from your question, it sounds like you are liking this attention....and may be egging this on. Back away from this person if you are serious about respecting your marriage and tell you HR director.
