before i started dating my boyfriend. i was talking to this guy from work well we hung out, i had fun with him. then he was telling what to do so i told him were done. about 2 weeks ago he calls me to see how i was doing i told him that i had a boyfriend. well ever since then he would stop calling me!! i dont answer his calls and my boyfriend is starting to think that im talking to him. and i have ask the other guy to quit calling me, but he wont!!! what should i do??? i dont want to lose my boyfriend

Have a talk with you boyfriend and explain to him what is going on just in case the wrong version of what went on gets back to him. Then have a heart to heart talk with this guy and explain to him that he is making you very uncomfortable and that you are in a serious relationship and you feel that if he continues calling you that he is going to create problems between you and your boyfriend. That should do it, but if it doesn't then ask your boyfriend to talk with him.

Get a restraining order against him. If he persists, prosecute. Spending a night or two in jail will quickly teach him it is neither legal nor moral to stalk someone and/or to harass them. This will also prove to your boyfriend that you mean business.
You should also report any incidences of his so doing, that happen on company property, to your employer. Your employer has a legal requirement to prevent sexual harassment in the work place.
