I have lived with my boyfriend for almost a year. He is an alcoholic, he was drunk and he did not come home last night. Should I leave him? How do I know if he cheated and how will I know if he's lying? Help, I'm so sad....

First you should leave just because he's an alcoholic, but if you need evidence of betrayal, check his underwear. I doubt he took a shower after having drunken sex. If he has pecker tracks then he cheated. If he doesn't wear underwear, check his pecker. It'll have DNA on it.

Chances are that if he is really an alcoholic, he did not cheat, because true alcoholics are far more concerned with drinking than sex. If he was that drunk he probably could not have gotten it hard enough to cheat either... You need to get him some help for the drinking problem, because it will destroy the both of you and if he will not do anything to help with that, then you need to leave for that reason and not the cheating...

When I read the header I was going to ask if he's a heavy drinker, I know now. More than likely he did not cheat. I used to drink heavily with a couple of boys and would disappear for days. My wife hated it and always thought I had someone on the side. That was not true, I just jumped from bar to bar, friends house to friends house. It's the alcohol. Talk to him about his problem, because if disappearing, it's not a social drinking situation, it's a problem.

Leave now before you get pregnant from this loser. It is not easy but in the long run you will be happeir. I left my abbusive ex husband who also drank and cheated on me and leid all the time. I also had a baby his baby who he wanted nothing to do with. So after three years of hell, I left it has been tough but I am ok and Alive. So get out. Good luck.

If you love him stay with him. If he is a alcoholic then maybe he was out drinking. I would go to stepchat.com and become a member it it al-lon meeting for people who are effected by a alcoholic loved one. They could probley help you with all of the questions that you have in the future. With this guy. You need to become a member but try it, it will help you..GOOD LUCK

Stop the self pity. Get real. You know if you confront him you are history, he will dump you faster than a runny shite, and you also know it is going to be real difficult for someone as weak as you to get someone else. SO shut up, lose some weight and tone up alittle, and start thinking of things you can do to keep him home more, anal, full oral, outdoors, maybe even go dogging. But please, stop the whine whine whine no wonder he slips it in elsewhere.

I think you should leave him, if he is not willing to get help for his alcohol abuse, this just may wake him up that he is losing the woman he loves. He could have just passed out some where. It is up to you.

He may not have cheated. Does he give signs of that? He may have just crashed at his friends because he was too drunk to drive. Whats his story?

nobody really knows if he cheated but him. If u have that inclination in your stomach, trust it. an alcoholic doesnt sound much good anyways. i would probably leave him. there is a good chance he cheated.
