I've once read in a dream book that you have to look past the surface in look in the fore ground. Maybe some thing else is happening. Pay attention to color, face expressions. I suggest that you go to your local book store and choose one that's best for you. And have paper and pencil by the bed so you can write down everything you remember.
Also you may want to look at other source than your dream. Are you and your wife having trouble at home? Are you unsure of your self that you think your wife would cheat? Has she cheated before? Is your relationship rocky? Or do you have these dreams the night you and your wife argue? You have to look into all these areas plus more, before you relay on a dream.

I have heard that usually if you are dreaming that your partner is cheating, that it means that they totally are not.
I used to have the same dreams...but then i realized that it is just because of my own fears.
Don't have those dreams any longer...but, doesn't mean i have to start worrying now. :)
If she just laughs at you, i think you should trust her...she is probably thinking that its so funny that you would think of her with anyone else aside from you.

i used to have dreams like this all the time about my fiance....he never cheated on me but i still would have these dreams and get totally freaked out. i think its just our inner fear of getting hurt by them that creeps out once in a while.

your dreams can have alll kinds of meanings, if they are civil to each other, there is probably a little jealousy there, it could also mean, that you afraid of losing her. and than again it could just be your insecure, take some time for just the two of you.

Dreams only speak to our fears and insecurities, not reality.
She is laughing because she knows it's totally absurd.

I think this means you are not satisfying her sexually and you know it....so you are somewhat insecure and it comes out in your dreams..
