you need to add cardio to your workout, and give your muscle groups a day to recover between workouts--

You should give your body a break so 3-4 days a week doing the workout that you are doing now. If you must workout eveyday then add some more exercises to your routine that work a different muscle group. Alternate days with your current workout.

You can work out every day, just take a rest from the dips and weight training every other day

Work out 4-5 days a week, no more than 3 in a row...your muscles need time to relax and rebuild themselves...thats why they hurt b/c they are partially tearing and coming back stronger and bigger...but you need to rest or you'll tear the muscle or put to much stress on it...

When it comes to exercise u start with the minimum than u gradually build your way up. That way ur body will get use to and adjust to ur routine. start with 3 days than for a while go to 5 days.

i hope your "workout" doesn't consist purely of dips and sit ups... but whatever the case, each muscle that is worked out should have 24-48 hours of rest before being worked out again.

you shouldnt be exercising the same muscles every day. you should have alternate days - one day upper body, one day lower body, next day off. this way your muslces all get to rest and dont get over worked or tired or too used to the exercises you are doing.
also, you should be varying your exercise in order to gain the best result!

You should change your workout plan. You're gonna have, like, gigantic triceps and nothing else. You'll look like a fucI
