Humm... to gain weight healthy?!!

How much do you want to gain? Are you underweight at the moment?

Did you ever consult a doctor for advise?

If you want to gain weight, try to eat healthy. Lots of websites would help you and provide you with healthy eating diet menu.

Also, you could try to eat moderate but often. Eat and drink plenty. No junk food or at least treat yourself once a week for food that you like, ie. chocolate, ice cream or pizza n etc.

Make sure you exercise too. You dun want to put on weight and they become fat. Then this way, those weight can become muscle too.

Eat healthy, think positive. I'm sure you can do it!!!

Don't, and I mean don't start eating alot of fatty and fried foods and snacks with a lot of sugar. Eat high protein stuff. Also, there are very nutritional drinks on the market just for people who want to gain weight. Good Luck

lift weights. Muscle weighs more than fat. or eat a little more than you do now.

eat whatever you want make sure to excessive healthily like swimming, running, walking you know the good stuff..DON'T over do it though!
