My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Callan Pinckney wrote an excellent book called 'Callanetics' in which she describes several exercises to tighten that area. Her exercises are basically small movements of each muscle and are incredibly helpful in the long run. If you can't find a copy of that book, and you're interested, email me and I'll copy those out for you. I would recommend getting the book, though, as the other exercises are wonderful for making the backside look good, as well as flattening stomach, etc. Good luck.

after u work out, stand with ur feet slightly apart, hold ur hands behind ur back o ur hips. so u feel lil strain onn ur neck and shoulder muscles. look up at the joint between the wall and the ceiling, around 45-50 degrees tht is. now open ur lower jaw, and bring it back such tht the lower jaw come outside the upper jaw. if u feel the strain on ur doube chin then u've got it right. try this twice a day with 20 repetitions each. results shud show up within 15-20 days.

Generally, fat is lost from the face first when you lose weight.

In your case, it seems that you should change your diet to a lower fat one.

Continue with the exercises, I recommend non-intensive, but long periods of exercise, such as cycling.

Try moving your whole head around to the left and then the right. Try open and closing your mouth. For more information with experts talk to a doctor or dermo.

I don't think you can stop genes. Facial structure is all in the genes. You can't lose weight in your face. Some people get dimples and some people get double chins.

Usually the fat off the chin comes off along with fat on your body.
Maybe you're just different. lol. just kidding, I would recommend stepping up your workout intensity.
Good luck!
