Go to Urgent Care to be sure you do everything right. Sensation is involved here.
Ordinarily it'd be a matter of applying pressure to stop the bleeding, but you've cut yourself in an, ummm, "special" place.

If it doesn't stop bleeding go to the doctor. But first apply pressure to the area. And are you serious! If you were bleeding that bad you wouldn't be online emailing.
