If you are older, you may be experiencing menopause which is very natural. Are you over 40? And sometimes intense stress can stop our periods. But if these don't sound right, you need to get some medical help right away. Don't worry. It will be ok. Just go get the advice you need. Your health is more important than what people think. Talk to a close friend you can trust. Make a plan. If you take action you will feel better.

when i was very young i had the same problem, i went to the doctors thinking that i was pregnant, as at the time i was sexually active....turned out that i had a std.....i had no signs that anything was a wrong other than the fact that i hadn't had my cycle.....i of course got treatment for it but since that time I've had irregular cycles......I'm not trying to imply that this may be going on with you but if nothing else i would suggest that if you do nothing else go to the doctors

There is nothing to worry. This is due to an inefficient
functioning of the system. You may consult a good
Ayurvedia Physician or a Gynocologist. There are
good medicines for this state in both the systems.

if you are dieting you can skip periods, or it could be more serious, maybe you should find a doctor you are comfortable talking to.
