Atempting to loose weight by exercising only is an uphill battle. If I remember right, you have to walk, run, or jog 4 to 5 miles to burn 1 pound of fat. Right away, you will see more weight loss than that, but that is because you are loosing water, not fat, which will soon be replaced. In addition, you will have a bigger appetite, countering some of the loss.
Exercise is an important part of most diets. When you diet, your body's initial responsse is to conserve the fat, not loose it, so your body will slow its metabolism. A decent daily cardio workout, as little as 15 to 30 minutes walking fast or jogging, will cause the body to increase its metabolism to its non-diet levels.
As an example, the diet I typically use will drop my weight 1/2 lb a day without exercise. With 1/2 hr a day on the treadmill, this will more thandouble to 1-1/4 pounds a day. i am only covering about 1-1/4 miles on the treadmill, accounting for less than 1/3 lb. - the rest of the gain comes from the increased metabolism - about double the weight loss with no exercise.

There's no quickest way to lose weight as losing weight takes a lot of perseverance and determination. Diet pills are not the answer either nor starvation. Just continue with your routine exercise. Remember to burn calories more than your intake. Drink plenty of water...this will keep you from getting hungry and will help in flushing out toxins inside our body. Have a very slight meal 6 times a day as advised from what I read in a fitness article. Intense exercises 3 times a week helps even more.

You can lose 10-14lbs in 2 weeks on the cabbage soup diet. No...quick diets are not healthy...but if you can stick this for 2 weeks THEN go on a sensible low calorie diet you can sustain the weight loss. You will be less likely to cheat at the conventional diet becasue everythigntastes like a treat after 2 weeks on cabbage soup. This approach gives you a good psychological and psychological kick start to losing weight.

I just reduce the amount of food I eat and I eat 4 or 5 times a day. No big meals and nothing after 8 PM.
Breakfast - fruit, yogurt, juice, oatmeal
Lunch - soup or sandwich and small salad no dressing, lemon juice salt and pepper.
Afternoon - some protein, tuna fish, egg, smoothie
Dinner - small piece of beef, chicken, pork with pasta or steamed vegetables or rice. I'm allergic to seafood, but you could certainly substitute broiled fish, etc. If you chop up the meat into small bite size pieces, it seems like you are eating a larger portion.
Stay away from soft drinks, stick with water or fruit juice with no added sugars.

Cut out sugar and bad fat! eat a diet of healthy homemade juices for lunch and breakfast and a protein meal with salad/vegetables for dinner. Drink at least 2 litres of water and snack on fruit and nuts. This along with exercise should work.

Quick is dangerous, you want sustained weight loss, something like weight watchers point system is best, it also really helps keep weight off. BTW too much exercise will result in weight gain as muscle is formed.

eating properly. it's not necessarily about what you eat, but how much you eat. drink a lot of water, eat more of fish, chicken, and lean beef. it's said that when you have a serving of food, it shouldn't be any bigger than the size of your fist - that goes for pasta, meat, as well as side dishes. some people take medications like xenical, but that may be a little inconvient.
