there's really no voodoo son.. nothing you can "stretch".. but just remember to stay away from drugs, cigarettes, and caffeine.. and don't start lifting weights until you've gained all your height..

"the greatness of a man is not measured by his height.. but by the weight of his actions."

You should speak with your family physician if you are concerned that there may be some hormonal issue that is keeping you from attaining your full potential height. Some medical conditions, such as Cushing's Disease, can cause this.

On the other hand, your doctor may tell you you're just naturally short in a perfectly healthy way. If so, then the issue becomes one of how you are perceived by others and by yourself, not how to change your body.

I have been short my whole life; I haven't grown an inch since turning 13, and I'm 37, so I expect no growth spurts to come.

That said, no one thinks of me as the short guy, because my personality and attitude are through the roof. They think of me as a lot of things, but not the really little guy, because there are much more memorable things about me.

This can be true for you as well.

That said, at 16 all of us have huge issues with our bodies and are convinced that whatever we feel most uncomfortable about is exactly what everyone else notices.

You are 16, so you may have quite a bit of growth left in you. But, believe me, even if you are your present height for the rest of your life, it needn't be any impediment to being larger than life and twice as fascinating.

Are you male or female? If you are male you still have as many as three or four years left to grow, so drink milk and eat nutritious foods, because nutrition is the key to optimizing your growth. The good news is that it sounds like you have good genes since the rest of your family is taller so if you eat right and get enough calcium you can definitely grow some more. If you are a girl, your window of opportunity might be a bit shorter (one or two years, max.)

If in a few years you're still around the same height, then it's game over (for increasing your height naturally, anyway). There are surgeons who perform height increasing surgery in certain parts of the world (almost never done in the United States, however). This surgery is EXTREMELY painful as you are essentially breaking your bones and healing them in tiny increments, and usually leaves you unable to walk for as much as a year.

While the sacrifice is pretty significant and you basically have to learn how to walk again afterwards, you can gain around 4 inches with this surgery. Regardless...focus on eating right and getting enough calcium right now and I think you'll see some results. Good luck!

Seems have a big turn in a person's life. The external form of a person is ideal in the eyes of the planet when every feature is assembled in flawlessness or very nearly there. Of all of them, height represents an important role.
Height is not just lots is one of the critical standards in plenty of areas: sports, being a part of the security force, wooing someone, obtaining a work or just bolstering one's assurance therefore, if you want to be slightly taller you just have to use this program https://bitly.im/aL1xI , grow taller 4 Idiots.
The combination of proteins with growth hormones, could certainly lead to a taller stature and this really is what you would study on this book, how you can set this mixture used because this system really work for nearly all people.

The reason people like to wear joggers all the time is because those thick soles make them all look a bit taller.Texans make up for missing inches by wearing cowboy boots and a big hat.Apart from a few tricks like that, you just have to learn to live with what you have got.
Just remember that Napoleon was a runt too.Sylvester Stallone is well undersized as well, but he still has fans. Being tall is no big deal.It just makes you a bigger target and when you go down, the further you fall the more it hurts. Not only that, but you always get given the toughest and hardest jobs, while little people get jobs where they have seats and airconditioning.Just like all those little people in politics.

You're still going through puberty so a good healthy balanced diet is about all you can do. A bit of extra calcium might help a little but don't go ott. BTW some people like shorter partners, I'm over 6ft and like v. short women

Lol funny I ran across this question. I know someone who is actually HAVING SURGERY to become taller...I know, I didn't believe it either. Don't do that though, you're still growing. It only makes you taller by about 2 inches though. If you're a girl, wear heels...they're gonna be your biggest friend. If you dont like the way they look...just wear REALLY long jeans and you can hardly see them. Get comfy ones though...I usually get heels (heeled boots) a size bigger than normal just for comfort's sake. And my friend is 4'10 and TWENTY YEARS old....she goes for the heels trick too. Good luck!

You could try gravity boots or an inversion table. I don't know if there are any lasting effects, but we all shrink nearly an inch over the span of a day and an inversion table reverses that. Do ask your Dr before using one in case there are any adverse effects.

Just sue the rest of society and consider yourself an American with a Disability, not offered the priviliges of "normal" people.

Like blind people suing Target because they can't use Targets website on a computer.
