1. What appeals to consumers in terms of information provided.
2. How would consumers like to be communicated.
3. Would CRM be a good channel and if it is, what sort of information would be useful.
4. How often would a consumer like to receive a CRM pack.
5. Does incentives in the CRM pack sway one to perhaps consider the brand.
