You should come up to Pismo Beach and learn in the dunes :)
or On Sat use church parking lots, and on Sundays, use the school parking lot.

Try a cemetary. not usually to many cars or people and there's actually roads there to learn turns and stuff. Good Luck

I taught all my kids to drive in cemeterys, no traffic, stop signs. curves and speed limit signs.
