does doing 20 mins of pilates every morning help me to lose weight...? i'm also doing phase 2 in Slim in 6.

I think so, It's burning off calories that you wouldn't have burned off in the first place. It may not be as a fast change as a higher cardio workout, but i think in the long run it's healthier for you.

I don't know how intense the Slim in 6 is, but the pilates will help you lose weight while giving you lean muscle tone.
