Well, you can lose weight by eating healthy and exercising. You should join a sport for school, that will help you stay in shape, focus on time management, make new friends, and be more confident as the season progresses. You can do better in school by studying hard, doing all your homework and classwork, and going after school to ask the teacher for help if you need it. There is no way to "be cooler" but you definitely would be more attractive if you are confident...a sport or a new club can definitely help you with that.

First of all, stop being so hard on yourself. How can you hate yourself so much? God created you so you need to love how He made you. If you are serious about losing weight, I'll give you some tips. You need to set a goal weight, then multiply that weight by 10. This lets you know how many calories you need each day to get to that weight. Example, if you want to weigh 120, then take 120 X 10. It equals 1200 and thats how many calories you should eat per day. Try to eat foods that are healthy. Low fat, low sugar. Don't count carbs, its a waste of time. You also need to exercise. Start slow. Walk, jog, dance, jumprope.
Just anything that you enjoy. Start with 10-15 minutes a day and work up until you reach 45-60 minutes most days of the week. As far as school, you can do good if you try hard. Study, get a teacher to tutor you, have a friend to help you. You can do it. And you know what?? I think you're pretty cool already because it takes a brave person to ask for help.

Wow - that's a lot to deal with. Your first step is to learn to love yourself. It's hard for others to like you when you don't. If you have the motivation to lose weight, then start right away. Begin by maintaining a healthy diet, but limiting breads, pastas, rice, and potatoes. Drink plenty of water. It's important that you still eat 3 healthy meals a day (especially if you are still growing). Starvation diets decrease your metabolism, so you burn fewer calories. Exercise increases your metabolism, plus you burn calories while you exercise. Start with something simple, like a brisk 20-30 minute walk. Stretch when you are through. That helps to tone the muscles. Once the walk seems easy, move on to a more intense workout - running, cycling, or any activity you enjoy. This should help you start to lose weight and become more fit. You should check with your doctor before starting any exercise program.

I'm sure you can easily start to lose weight just by changing a few things. If you feel like a treat, like a candy bar or packet of crisps, forget it. Try and get addicted to fruit. I have read in other Yahoo Answers that apples actually take more calories to digest, than the calories you get out of it.
If you'd like to try excersise, but dont fancy the idea of the gym, or taking a walk every day, swimming is a good option. You could start having a weekly trip to a swimming pool for two hours, doing a few lengths, perhaps that would help.
There are a vast range of options for you, many differnt diets, many differnt excersise choices too. Whatever you think, dont feel that there is no hope. Its all a case of finding a solution that works for you.

well they can actually be solved in two steps but they require work. one is join a gym or join a sport this give you connections to others and will help you lose weight. the better is school helps you stay on the team. but basically dont hate yourself look forward to the future but if it keeps you motivated to change just remember that you can love your self at the same time if you dont like yourself how can others like you

First, you need a better opinion of yourself. Work on self confidence first. Then you find it in yourself to loose the weight and do better in school.
Others cannot like you until you like yourself and are happy with yourself. I would like to loose weight myself, but I am not going to hide in my closet becuase I am fat. 3/4 of the population is overweight. We all have some issues to deal with.
