The ban have been over -turned.. The FDA didn't have adequate scientific evidence to find that a daily dose of 10 milligrams or less of ephedrine alkaloids presented a "significant or unreasonable risk of illness or injury." But companies are still contemplating to return to the market , as the scope of the decision is yet to be clarified. The narrowest interpretation would be that the decision only applies to the products made by the corporation involved in the lawsuit. There are still a lot of issues to be considered: Dosage, jurisdiction, importation and products liability.... the companies are looking to producing ephedra supplements on low dosage.... so there you are, the ban is lifted but it might take a while to see it again stack on the shelves... if your in the US you might try crossing to mexico they might have it there...

Yes, but don't do it. Why gamble with your health? You don't need ephedra or any other type of supplement to get the body you desire.

Why would you want to? It was pulled off the market because it killed people.
But anyone offering ephedra (via unsolicited e-mail, particularly) will be more than happy to take your money, but who knows what they'll send you.

I don't know, but if you find out, let me know. I remember it being pulled off the market because people were not following the directions. You don't take them and get out in the hot sun without drinking any water.
