if 2 sets of twins male and female started dating and they both had same sex babies at the same time would their babies look the same?

thats a 50:50 chance because their twins with twins but the other 50 is bcause their DNA isn't exactly the same so in some sort of way they will most likely look differently.

No because they werent identical twins and even if they were, their babies wouldnt be totally ientical. They have similar DNa but not the exact same! So their children won't have either.

not the same but similar. there still r 2 many factors. such as the grandparents n great-grandparents that give recessive genes as well as dominant. they could come out looking like either side of the family as well as their respective parents or any variational combination.

Just because they have a strong gene that produces twins does not mean they will produce twins though the likelyhood is high!
