1) You can't download Microsoft Office legally.

2) You can download OpenOffice.org legally. It's not as polished as Microsoft Office but it's a 100% free, 100% legal download and it can read and write the file formats used by Microsoft Office. (Okay, it's not 100% compatible--I've found that OpenOffice has problems reading annotation markers made by Microsoft Word--but it's not bad, either.)

Microsoft Office is a suite of products that is licensed; using it without paying for it is stealing. If you are unable to pay for product suite, may I suggest you go to openoffice.org and see if the suite of products it provides (gratis) will give you the support you need.

Microsoft sells their student and teacher edition 2003 for 149$ usd average.

how ever there are other alternatives such as openoffice which can be obtained at http://www.openoffice.org/

Yes, find programm called bearshare (but don't download the v6). it's free and then after you install it you will be able to download anything you want. Enjoy!
