You would definitely be thinner, but a water diet is extremely dangerous... possibly deadly.

Is this for a religious ceremony or for personal fitness?
If it is for fitness sake then this is not [I repeat, not] the way to go. You will acually cause yourself more problems than you solve. Your metabolism will suffer and your liver will suffer. If you try to do too many of these in a lifetime your liver will begin to shutdown, which could lead to death and on top of that your metabolism will drop drastically. Obviously, this depends a lot on how you end the fast but if you start eating too quick at the end your body will retain a lot. Perhaps a better idea is to fast and drink only water for a few days, this will clean you out [nuff said]. A pure water fast is no way to lose weight.
Now, if this is a religious matter [because I don't hear the term "fast" for regular diets that often], you are probably going over the top a bit. I know noone who would do a pure water fast for any lengthy period of time. It isn't risky. It is deadly. A lot of things can happen over a period that long. Personally, I have done 10 days on juice before and I know people who have done 20+ day fasts but they always allow for certain things. Interestingly, they often have juice, tea, coffee, vitamins, etc. [esp. coffee]

don't do it because i have an aunt that just drink water everyday and go to work. She end up in the hospital and about 40 something years old, but when she in the hospital she look like a 70 years old person. The doctor who did the check up for her to us that was in the road to dead, but they can give 3 shot to give energy back but each shot is $200,000 dollar. So it a nightmare i don't want it to happen to you so don't do it. Just exercise and eat a little bit everyday and you will lose the weight remember to walk about 30 to 1hr daily.

Yes. Consider adding juice or honey to the water. You will be wonky & stupid for the week or so, and then kinda level out. Totally detoxes your system, but its best to do this when there aren;t any demands being made on your time as one can get emotional without food.
You will lose a massive amount of wieght, but it usually comes back within 4 months're not excersizing.

Why not try a healthy, balanced diet, walk a lot, swim, bicycle, dance, whatever it takes, stay active! And last but not least drink all that water on top of all that! Girl you will be smoking in 3 month from now!

You would lose too much weight and in an unhealthy way. Sometimes we have to really consider whether it is more important to be vain, or to be healthy and here with those who love us. Fasting is dangerous period. But 30 days would deprive your body so badley, you'd be lucky not to suffer damage to your vital organs. Be smart, read up on other weight loss techniques. Be safe.

You cannot have only water for 30 days. That could kill you. It won’t do you any good to lose weight if you destroy your health in the process. You MUST follow a sensible diet AND exercise plan. Sorry, but the only shortcuts there are, are for people with specific medical problems, such as low thyroid. In any case, you must talk to your doctor about it. Please, it is not worth hurting your health. Anyway, I learned a long time ago, that women are much harsher judges of themselves than men are. Men generally like women in ALL shapes and sizes. Trust me, as a grandma who has previously worked in male-dominated fields for years, (and can honestly say, I used to be pretty good-looking) they are much more complimentary toward us than we are lead to believe. I had to work hard to be accepted by these guys, in this male-dominated field, and when you do that, they generally accept you as one of the guys and act like their natural selves without worrying that you will judge them too much. Honestly and truly, men like ALL kinds of women. Period. Let me just add this: if the guy you have your heart set on doesn’t like you, how you are, right now, then he is NOT for you. Trust me, there is a fantastic guy out there who will worship the ground you walk on. Your job is to wait for him. It’s worth it.

a water diet is one of the WORST things you could do. After you come off of the diet, your metabolism will be lowered and your body will "rebound" to a MUCH fatter state than you were ever in before. Idiots repeat this diet disaster over and over and develop what is termed the yo-yo symdrome. Ex: 150lbs drop to 120lbs jump up to 160 drop to 130 jump to 170 drop to 140 jump to 180 drop to 150lbs!!! You will now be in a state where you have to constantly "diet" to be 150, ..... they place you started!!!!

Yes, but you'd also look dehydrated, because you'd only lose water-weight, which you would then gain back, when you started drinking again - possibly through an iv in the hospital.
But, gee, good luck with that.
