My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

About 2-3 pounds a week. Eat 1200 calories a day in healthy food ex. lean meats (chicken, fish), fruits, veggies, unrefined carbs (wheat bread, not white). And go to the gym at least 5 days a week. Combine cardio and weight training because they both help you lose fat. If you can afford it, get a personal trainer to encourage you.

The faster you lose weight, the more likely you will gain it back. Lose weight SLOWLY by avoiding potatoes, bread (except whole grain), white rice, noodles, and sugar and/or anything with a lot of sugar in it. Also, exercise every day, perhaps by walking an hour or so. Good luck with this; I'm on this program myself right now!

approximately 2-3 pounds a week. eat 1200 energy an afternoon in healthful nutrition ex. lean meats (hen, fish), culmination, vegetables, unrefined carbs (wheat bread, no longer white). And pass to the well-being center a minimum of 5 days a week. combine cardio and weight coaching by way of fact they the two enable you to lose fat. in case you could arise with the money for it, get a private coach to inspire you.

What is your height and age???
Assuming you are overweight, losing 1-2lbs/week is acceptable. So if you lost 15-20 lbs, no big deal. Remember you lose more first few weeks and then your weight may plateau.
