As Lara said, you can trying working out in ways that strengthen and build your chest muscles (I don't know the exercises but a personal trainer would). You can also try increasing the protein in your diet, which helps build muscle.

HOWEVER, your breasts themselves are mostly tissues other than muscle, so all the exercise and protein the world won't cause your breasts themselves to swell or widen. You can only work on the muscles underneath the breasts. There is NO way to make your actual breasts larger, unless (1) you have augmentation surgery like all the celebrities do, and then you'll look grossly fake; or (2) you have a baby -- many folks I know say they increased by one or two cup sizes after having a baby, and in most cases, the increase was permanent!

The truth is, you can build muscle and look "ripped" but you can't out lift genetics. If you're thinly framed, you will never look like an NFL linebacker. You can get strong, however, and look impressive, but don't expect to be able go pound for pound with your gyms elite. Sorry dude.
