When was the last time you had a physical?
You may have diabetes which can cause this condition. You may have a urinary infection, you could have a prostate problem, there are so many reasons this could be happening, even stress from work could cause it.
You need to be evaluated by your doctor to determine what is causing this to happen and what the best course of treatment should be.
By the way, I'm incontinent and wear diaper all the time, night and day. My problem is untreatable, it's inherited and is progressive nerve damage that is also making it difficult for me to walk.
Good luck.

Incontinence is almost always due to an underlying medical condition. However, you are more likely to experience incontinence in your lifetime if any of the following risk factors describe you (often, incontinence is due to more than one cause):
Obesity
Smoking
Have bladder infections
Aged 60 years or older
Have an enlarged prostate or a family history of prostate trouble
Have had pelvic surgery or injury
Have had a disease that might cause nerve or muscle damage
Have had a stroke
Hope this helps you out and you need to see your doctor

Same problem at 46; not to the point of diapers but certainly some incontinence. I visited a urologist, got some pills, and they work quite well. Don't wait to see one any longer; if you can't afford the medicines there are programs that can help with that also.

Have you been to a dr about this issue? Perhaps you have a weak bladder. It also could be a medication issue, if you are on seditives that could cause things to change. I had a friend that was on a seditive and she had the same issue, she could not control her bladder, Just a suggestion. I would talk to your dr if it is getting to you as there may be a surgery to help you with this.

I am 48 and have had two children. I go thru "rhythms" with my bladder control. I'll be fine for months, then suddenly I pee when I sneeze or exercise. I try to do Kegel exercises and think that they help. I'm sure that your doctor can help you. You shouldn't have to wear diapers. Good luck.

Common problem in women, especially if you've had children. In men, it can be related to the prostate or a UTI (urinary tract infection). Either way, GO TO THE DOCTOR! Yes, I yelled that! Only the doctor can tell exactly what's going on.

way to go... everyone has they're faults... some are just... uhh... more abnormal than others... try wearing "depends" adult diapers... oh you may have a bladder problem... i suggest you tell someone because you could either pee you're pants at a WAL-MART (buying you're adult diapers of course) or get a mean bladder infection :(

It's probably a bladder infection. Go to the doctor.

I would recommend seeing a doctor, there are a lot of possible causes for something like this, and they have a lot of ways to treat it.
