When adding a feed: Go to any website that supports RSS feeds. All you need to do is put your cursor on the top of the small orange icon that says 'rss' on whatever feeds you want then right click, then choose the 'Copy Link Location'. Then paste it in your feed box in your page.
Reviews: Just write your own review on almost about anything... Say... How McDonald's sucks! (lol) - - - give it a rating then submit it to Yahoo! and it will probably take a few days before it will appear in your page.

I think you can get to it by going to the "home" tab on your 360, and you can edit from there.
