It really just depends! If she acts like she is in to you then go for it but you need to be sure just in case b/c she might just be one of those girls that act like there intrested but really arent they just want a close friend so kinda drop hint that you like and always try to make a good impression on her!!!

yes, or if she knew you for a very very long time, every since childhood, then maybe she just thinks of you as a best friend. If you like this girl, ask her out or ask her if she's interested in you.
