i was gymming for 12 months but gained chest only
biceps had very less growth.please tell way to get those bulging biceps with dumbell at home.

i gained only 5kg weight by 12 months of gymming.
i gained chest but there was vey little incresase in biceps .now i have left gymming as i was disappointed.,since i exercised regularly but got no result.how can i gain weight?

Be careful of your form, so that you work the biceps. Use as heavy a weight as you can manage, and go slowly. Also, eats lots of protein.

if weight gain is u r main concern then all the high calorie diet in pletniful u have to take..for bicep it takes on the tme/regularity/and the excercise u do relating to bicep only

u excercise ur biceps triceps up and down everyday, and do push ups everyday.hold some heavy dumbells and do exercise....
