Plain shredded wheat or grape nuts in skim milk. HOt cereal is also great.

You didn't specify whether hot or cold cereals... My choice would be a hot cereal such as steel cut oats, or toasted buckwheat groats, also known as "kasha" in Russian (gotta' look for these probably in the health food store!).

Hot cereal made from plain, unadulterated nutritious grains I think is better for you than cold cereals, which invariably have some element of processing and/or chemical additives involved.

Plain oatmeal is the best. Then Special K, Kashi, and the South Beach diet cereals.

Fill half your bowl with All Bran, then top it with Special K, Mini Wheats, Cheerios, Kashi, etc.
