i'm so tired, i'm cranky, desperate,frustrated...i've got deadlines all over the calendar...i'm almost at the break down point. sometimes i find myself just crying and staring at nothing just totally tired. i feel like anything i do don't matter anyway..but i'm the one who knows. i just smile...coz its easier to do than explain why i'm sad

Take a day off and go to the spa. Get a massage, pedicure...whatever will help you relax. Make a list of things you need to get done and prioritize them. The more organized you are, the less stressed out you will be. Schedule in time for yourself every day. Talk to a friend who is organized...they might bebstressed out but hiding it too!

you might be suffereing from some depression. talk to a therapist or your docotr. some meds might put things into perspective for you.
