Honestly your body might do quite a number on you. Depo is notorious for screwing up your body.

You also might want to call your doctor or local women's clinic to ask what to expect.

You can also Google "Depo after effects" or "Depo stop effects" Never hurts to go see the "girl doctor" when you have questions.

Depo is very well known to really mess up the body so good luck to you. I am glad you are off the shots

When I stopped taking Depo Provera, I had a little bit of abnormal bleeding because my hormones were going back to normal. I was a grouchy for a few days too. If you've been taking it for a while, it will effect your ability to get pregnant. So if you are trying, wait a few months after you stop taking it. The side effects are usually very mild, nothing to worry about. In fact, you will probably start feeling better!

Your periods may be irregular for some time and you may have sporadic spotting.
You may not get pregnant right away but do not count on that.
My friend was pregnant after only a month or two of stopping the shots.
