To be honest I never really tried cinnamon on it (I'm going to try that out). By now I prefered my cappuccino with lots of cream, chocolate and maybe some Baileys.

That all depends on whether it is hot or iced or blended. Never go with cinnamon on cold drinks it just doesn't taste right. Hot on the other hand You have to go with cinnamon and less cream. If you like a lot of cream chocolate is always the answer. Usually chocolate is the answer anyways. I just don't think the "brown" or grated cinnamon mixes well with the flavor of cream. Now if you can find a place that uses the "red" cinnamon syrup like in a cinnamon disk or atomic fireballs that mixes great with cream and is outstanding.

Both, the cinnamon brings out the flavor in the chocolate very well. I usually add a pinch of cinnamon in my brownie batter.

I love both.
I have the Cinnamon if I have a bit of a cold. The smell is quite helpful.

But my favourite is hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows.

If I had to choose, chocolate.

The coffee's bitter enough and the sweetness of the chocolate gives a good counterpoint.

cappuccino any day

One cup of 1% or skim milk
A teaspoon of sugar
A cup and a half of strong brewed coffee

1) After your coffee has brewed, combine the sugar & milk and heat it in your microwave for 2 minutes at the highest setting.
2) Next, whip the heated milk/sugar mix in your blender for about one minute until it's a fluffy foam.
3) Fill your cup two thirds full with the coffee and top it off with your heated froth.
