when you're not tired? usually people yawn when they are nervous or anxious... If you're tired... it's cause you need to get some sleep

yawning is caused by carbon dioxide build up. you are not taking full breaths. go running.

there is no reason for yawning, it is just your brain telling you that you are tired.

Could be a habit also. Try to do workout everyday. It can keep you fit and healthy.
