While I agree with the general sentiment that it's not a great idea, I'll try to answer your question.
First, ask your dentist. If he/she is adventurous and you provide a diamond, it's not all that hard to cast a gold crown with mounting prongs in it. If you want to do it RIGHT, you can have the crown made to fit the diamond and then have the final setting and finishing done by an experienced jeweler. I'm guessing it would cost around $1,000 or more to have this custom crown made and the diamond set. Certainly no less...

For some people who thinks that there's as risk of swallowing let me tell u guys that the Diamond is attached deep inside and doesn't comes out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
