Don't do a lot of running or walking till you've lost some weight by diet. You could damage your joints among other problems.
You are out of control and need to put yourself on a strict diet. Don't starve yourself just a good diet. Almost all of them work. Pick one that suits you and stay on it. The older you get the harder it will be to lose the weight. I was overweight for 30 years till I changed my eating habits.
Some mild weight lifting would probably be a good idea as well. You don't need to over do it. A good routine 20 to 30 minutes every other day. The more muscle you have the faster you'll burn off the fat.
Good luck and be careful. Your health is nothing to fool around with.

LOL, Don't ever try to gain weight dummy! Ha ha, just kidding. We all make mistakes. Run a mile every day and do fifty push ups and setups every other day. I lost 5 pounds that way, but I didn't diet as much. I cut out sugar and fried foods, but I still ate alot. So you might want to be a vegetarian for a few weeks and use soy milk and hard boiled eggs to make up for the lost protein. Fried eggs will add oil to your diet so don't eat those. Eat meat twice a week at the most if you have to and avoid rice, pasta, and rye breads. Green tea will also help by flushing out unnecessary fats but don't depend on it entirely. It does this on a very small scale.

Well really have you built muscle or is it all just gained weight from eating a lot? What you can do is just stop eating so much (also healthier helps) and be active, it shouldn't be too hard for you to lose it since at one point you were skinny and needed to gain weight. Good luck :)

turn that weight into muscle and ull look great. workout daily, either at home or at a gym. if u dont go to a gym, you can just do situps and push ups at home and buy some weights and use them at home. also go jogging occassionaly. eat healthy, dont eat junk food. it might sound like too much, but u should set up a list of goals and make a schedule if this is really really bothering u. if u really want to help the situation, u have to be willing to work hard
