OR....If you're a hard gainer - and need diet breakfasts that helps you add some bulk

(1) 3 thick American style pancakes with real Canadian maple syrup to get a good start, then Sausages (3 or 4 - big fat links - choose some good quality organic pork), two eggs (fried naturally - in olive oil to keep it healthy), a good helping of baked beans (make your own if possible - you don't want all the sugar and salt in ordinary tinned brands), 3 slices (minimum) thick wholemeal toast, with organic butter (a hint of indulgence), and some no-added sugar preserve - made with high fruit content if you like it or maybe organic peanut butter. A good thick multi-fruit smoothie with some organic yogurt whizzed in - great.

(2) Large bowl porridge oats preferably made with oat or rice milk to start, 4 egg omelette - with 2 added whites - filled with organic cheese - with a side dish of whole small organic tomatoes and sliced courgette lightly sauteed in olive oil along with some slices (1/2 centimeter thick) pre-cooked (boiled til JUST done the night before to save time) organic white potatoes - the whole lot just lightly dusted with black pepper and sea salt - 3 slices thick wholmeal toast (as above) - Huge smoothie - with organic yoghurt (as above)

(3) Bowl of muesli with added nuts, flax seed (whizz it in a liquidiser - the whole seeds pass thro 'untouched' otherwise), sesame seed, and some choped organic apricot (no Sulphur Dioxide) - then a Super simple 'kegdgeree' - with Rice (about a large cup cooked till just ready - with a teaspoon of turmeric - rice should be not too soggy - then lightly oiled with olive oil or vigin coconut) heavy sprinkle of fine chopped parsley - whole tine tuna (or a fresh steak lightly pan fried then flaked up), 2 hard boiled eggs - pluss 2 extra boiled whites - all chopped coarsely, a fine/medium chopped onion sauteed until glassy - combine it all using a large metal spoon folding it in carefully - pile on to plate with an extra knob of virgin coconut oil on top - 3 slices buttered toast and smoothie as above...

Should prove a decent start to the day if you are dieting to gain...

Well my diet breakfasts consists of either:

Nothing and just black coffee - two cups please
A can of slim fast - and black coffee (one cup in that case)
A pack of diet Nabisco 100 cal Peanut Butter Cookies..and two cups of black coffee.

TERRIBLE I know. Supposed to start my day off with chicken or an egg as it's protein and gets your bod kicking and burning...but I'm lucky I roll out of bed in time to make it to work - not going to cook in the am..nor am I going to cook the night before to take in in the am...so ...that there is my diet breakfast..lol
